About GoRow

The GoRow workout is 75% rowing, 20% weight-training and 5% stretching. The purpose is to make you a stronger more efficient Rower. The classes are very low impact and easy on your joints and can burn over 1000 calories per session! Any fitness level is welcome and no prior training is necessary. Each class is limited to only nine people allowing the class plenty of individual attention. One-on-one private sessions are also available upon request
